I am Veronika!

Veronika is the founder of OTR Yoga. She has been practicing yoga for over two decades and actively sharing her teachings of yoga since 2017.

 

Veronika completed her fundamental Vinyasa and Ashtanga 200h Yoga training in India (Rishikesh) in 2017, where she also explored the teaching of Ayurveda; and in early 2023 completed her advanced 300h training on the Big Island. Veronika continues to self-study and expand her knowledge, as well as completing additional trainings in Yin Yoga, and Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga.

Since 2017 Veronika has taught over 1000h of yoga worldwide, in Europe and the United States, in a form of in studio classes, group/ private yoga lessons, leading yoga at wellness retreats/ special events, as well as corporate yoga or yoga classes for sport clubs.

My Approach

My vision is to show people the simple steps they can take towards healthier and happier way of living. I do so through nutrition, and the practice of movement, self-love and oneness (body-onness and mind-oneness). 

 

To help you move from where you’re at, in order to explore moments and experiences, let go of expectations, try to solve your problems and improve your health and wellbeing. I do so via my regular writings and blogs, my unique plant based & nutritionally dense recipes that also balance your vital energies, and my complete online yoga classes.
